  2. Press 1 at the Main Menu
  3. Enter your 10 digit mobile number
  4. Enter your PIN (PIN number). The amount of the recharge will be verified.

The activation code is shown on your activation card after the agent code field. Please enter this code as shown on your card.
SIM Card Serial Number
 
The SIM serial number is the 19-digit number on the plastic credit card-sized card that holds your SIM card. Please do not include the “F” at the end of the number. 
Phone serial number / IMEI
 
The serial number is the 15-digit number on the back of your phone under the battery location. This number is also on the box.
