This site charges me $1.50 tax (based upon state residence) vs going to the Page Plus site & getting charged $3.50 tax. The gov. put their foot in Page Plus's as% a few months ago when America Movil (Mexican Mogul Carlos Slim's phone empire) acquired them last year, therefore forcing Page Plus to rape the consumer with state, county, & city taxes when buying minutes on their site. Page Plus also charges universal tax (were paying for the universe to use phones now), regulatory (pays for politician meals, bottled water, & Starbucks coffee), & emergency 911 tax. Therefore, this site is a cheaper alternative to refill your minutes, unless your local phone shop can sell you minutes without rape taxes. **Page Plus 4G is now available & you can buy Sim cards online for around $5. But if your Verizon 4g phone was flashed to work on Page Plus 3G; you have to get it re-flashed & the 4G sim card activated, before you can use the 4G.
